At the end of each year, residents fill out a questionnaire which we use to create roommate matches. We also take age and discipline into account.
We have study hall from 7 - 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday. At this time, you should be working on schoolwork or preparing for athletics (ex: tuning skis). You may work in your rooms, in the common area, in the study room, or in the academic building.
On weeknights Hall time is at 10:00 p.m. You should be in your room by 10:30 p.m. Seniors may stay out in the common area until 10:30 p.m. and should be in their rooms by 11 p.m. On weekends, bedtime is pushed back until 11 p.m.
We have a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave for any cooking or baking needs.
If you are sick, you should check in with whoever is on duty or the Head of Residential Life. If you are too sick to attend classes or training, an email will be sent out to all staff, but it is still your responsibility to reach out to your teachers for school work. We have most over-the-counter medications.
Seniors are allowed cars in spring and fall.
We are happy to accommodate visiting families. The more notice we have, the better in order to facilitate activity and meal planning.
We have four washing machines and four dryers in the basement.
